Deliveries will be delivered by courier between 0900hrs and 1800hrs Mon-Fri. Deliveries are planned to arrive on or before the date required when you placed the order, not on a specific day, except by prior arrangement.
If you are not in when the courier calls then they should leave a card for you. You can then usually arrange for re-delivery or collect the parcel from your local courier’s depot.

You have the option to pay by Credit or Debit card, Cheque or via a BACS direct bank transfer payment into our account. In all cases payment is required in advance of despatch of goods and in advance of work starting on personalised goods.
Absolutely, in fact a work address is often better than a home address as there is usually always someone there to sign for the goods when they are delivered.

You may return any un-personalised item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 7 days of receiving, however, where engraving has been applied directly onto an item, no refund will be available (unless an error on our behalf has been made). You must pay for return delivery. Delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take no more than 30 days to process. If using a credit card, refunds will have to be credited to your credit card. If paying by cheque or bank transfer, a refund cheque will be mailed to you. We suggest you use a reputable delivery company, who offer insurance or compensation should the parcel be damaged or lost in transit, for your protection.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only) if there is sufficient time, else we will advise you and arrange a suitable replacement.
